With your permission physicians can access your PHR and can sync with their EHR. We also periodically check for new records created at Provider locations and for lab results. Your PHR records will be updated with office visit reports, new lab results, medications pickup or reorder status. The PHRs can be used to complete intake forms prior to appointments. During check-in you don’t have to fill out many of the mundane and routine forms, ever.
